A die-cut oval or slot in the top panel, usually with a poly film insert that grips the tissue so one sheet comes up at a time. Without the film the opening tears and tissues come out in bunches. Tell us the tissue size and we will scale the aperture to it.
Flat rectangular boxes for larger counts, cube boxes for bedside and desktop use, and slim travel packs. Cube boxes need a stronger structure for their size because the walls are unsupported over a longer span relative to the base.
Yes - tissue boxes are one of the most common branded amenity items, and there are no die or plate charges, so a 100-unit run for one property costs unit price alone. Interior printing is included but rarely seen on this format, so the exterior does the work.
