Once you confirm your order and make payment, our design team creates your custom dieline and sends you a digital proof for approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

You will typically receive your digital proof within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.

We offer unlimited revisions on your proof until you are completely satisfied with the design.

Once you approve the proof and production has started, changes cannot be made. Please review your proof carefully before giving approval.

Yes. Our design team will create your artwork, dieline, and digital proof at no extra charge.

We accept PSD, AI, PDF, and EPS files at 300 DPI resolution in CMYK colour mode. If you do not have print-ready files, our team can create them for you.

Yes. We create a custom dieline template for every order, tailored to your exact box dimensions.

We provide a digital proof that shows how your finished box will look from every angle, including all printing, colours, and finishing effects.

Yes. Interior printing is available on all box styles at an additional cost.

Yes. We support Pantone/PMS colour matching to ensure your brand colours are reproduced accurately.

We offer 12pt to 24pt cardboard, kraft paperboard, corrugated cardboard (E-flute, B-flute, and custom flutes), and rigid chipboard. Material selection depends on your product weight and packaging requirements.

We offer digital printing, offset (lithographic) printing, and screen printing. The best method depends on your design complexity and order quantity.

Matte lamination, gloss lamination, spot UV coating, gold/silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and aqueous coating.

All boxes ship flat-packed to minimise shipping volume and cost. Assembly is quick and easy.

Simply contact us with your previous order reference. We keep your files on record, so reorders are quick and easy. You can also make design changes on reorders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle. Payment terms are 100% upfront for first-time orders, or 70% deposit with the balance due before shipping for returning customers.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us immediately.

We offer a refund or reprint if the delivered boxes differ from your approved digital proof, have print defects such as colour shifts or misalignment, or arrive damaged or defective.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or print/specification discrepancies, with clear photos or video of the issue.

Refunds do not apply if the delivered boxes match the approved proof, if the claim is submitted after the 24-hour window, for damage caused after delivery, or for change of mind on a colour, material, or design you already approved.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you cancel before production starts, any deposit paid is refunded in full. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes. We manufacture child-resistant packaging that meets CPSC and ASTM D3475 standards, commonly required for CBD, cannabis, and pharmaceutical products.

Yes. Our team is familiar with CBD and hemp packaging regulations and can advise on compliant label layouts and required disclaimers.

Every order goes through a multi-point quality inspection before dispatch. We check print accuracy, colour consistency, material quality, and structural integrity. If anything does not meet your approved proof, we reprint the order at no charge.
