These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the theinnovativepackaging.com website and any custom packaging order placed with The Innovative Packaging ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the specifications provided and are not final until confirmed in writing. Our minimum order quantity is 100 units per style. There are no die charges, plate fees, or hidden setup costs. Production does not begin until you approve a final 3D digital proof.

Pricing and Payment

First-time customers pay 100% of the order total upfront before production begins. Returning customers may pay a 70% deposit, with the remaining 30% due before shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle.

Proofs and Approval

Every order includes a free custom dieline and 3D digital proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing. Once approved, you are responsible for reviewing all text, colours, dimensions, and artwork placement. We are not liable for errors present in an approved proof.

Production and Delivery

Standard production and delivery is 10-15 business days from proof approval. Rush production is available in 8-10 business days for an additional fee, depending on order complexity. Shipping is free to any address in the USA. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you cancel before production starts, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. Contact us immediately at sales@theinnovativepackaging.com to request a cancellation.

Refunds and Reprints

Refunds and reprints are issued only when a delivered order differs from the approved proof, has print or manufacturing defects, or arrives damaged. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or designs you provide us. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order. Dielines and proofs we create for your order are yours to keep and reuse for reorders.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, customs holds, carrier delays, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
