When to Use Five Panel Hanger

- Cardboard: 12pt to 24pt stock. Lightweight, prints well, cost-effective.

It folds back to reinforce the hanging tab, so the load runs through two thicknesses of board rather than one. Without it, a filled pack will tear through the tab the first time a customer lifts it awkwardly off a peg.
The fixture. Peg spacing, rail depth, and whether the pack hangs face-on or edge-on all change the panel layout, and a hanger added after the artwork is approved rarely sits where the design expects it.
It takes the top 30mm or so, which is why the design has to be planned around it rather than adapted afterwards. On a five-panel build the front face itself stays full width, which is the advantage over a simple die-cut euro-slot.
